Why does the search feature never seem to work for me?

The search on our site is designed to look for exact matches to what you enter. The problem is that if you do not enter your data exactly as we have in our system you will get no response at all.

The way to avoid this situation is to keep your searches as simple as possible. For instance, if you want to find a John F. MacArthur, Jr. title, search by “MacArthur” not the full name. Sometimes his name is entered as John F. MacArthur, Jr. and other times as John MacArthur or John F. MacArthur Jr. or John MacArthur, Jr. if you do not match the entry exactly the result will not come up.

This rule is applicable to all of our offerings; please just remember to keep your searches as simple as possible. This will help your shopping experience to be far less frustrating and a much more pleasurable one.
