MAY I PLACE MY ORDER THROUGH THE MAIL?
We gladly accept mail orders, and have provided a printable Order Form for your convenience. Please fill out all relevant information, including your phone number with area code, and mail your order to the address listed on the form. Be sure to include payment by check, money order, or complete the information we need to process a credit card transaction.
WHY DO YOU ASK FOR MY PHONE NUMBER?
Your 10-digit phone number serves as your customer account number. Scripture Truth does not use telemarketing, and we will not call you unless there is a problem with your order. We will only give out your phone number to a third party to resolve delivery problems (mainly with UPS shipments). We do NOT sell or distribute any part of your contact information, including your mailing address, phone number, or email address.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY CUSTOMER INFORMATION?
When you "Sign-in or Register" using your email address and password, you will be able to view your customer profile, including your name and email address. To make a change, click the “EDIT PROFILE” button to the right of your customer information. You can also select a new account password from this page.
WHAT IF I HAVE LOST OR FORGOTTEN THE PASSWORD TO MY ACCOUNT?
If you cannot remember your password, simply click the “Forgot Your Password?” link at the bottom of the "Sign-In or Register" page. This will generate an email to Scripture Truth, and we will reply promptly with your password. During business hours, you may also call Scripture Truth at (540) 440-1905. A representative should be able to determine if you have registered through our website, and if so, can provide the account password to you.
WHAT IS AN ‘IMPRINT’ BIBLE?
Select Bibles can be imprinted with the name of a person or church, or with other text. There is a $4.00 charge (per Bible) for this service, and imprinted Bibles are non-returnable.
MAY I ORDER A PRODUCT NOT LISTED ON THE SCRIPTURE TRUTH WEBSITE?
We are happy to assist you in locating items that are not in our regular inventory. Please contact us via email or call (540) 992-1273 during business hours. Please provide as much information about the item as possible, including the title, author, ISBN (very helpful) and/or publisher. We will respond promptly to let you know whether we can supply the item, and at what price.
MAY I UPGRADE TO UPS SHIPPING? HOW EXPENSIVE WILL IT BE?
We are committed to providing our books at the lowest possible cost to you, and always ship by the least expensive method. We send many packages by US Mail. At your request, we will upgrade to UPS ground delivery and will charge only the actual cost of doing so, as we do not intend to profit from shipping and handling. However, UPS shipping can be significantly more expensive. Many people find that the cost is much higher than they anticipate. If you wish to upgrade to UPS, we suggest ordering by phone to receive a shipping quote. Also, please be aware that UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes — you MUST provide a physical street address!
